Terms and Conditions of Use for Australian Women Council

Training, Coaching and Community Materials

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all training, coaching and community materials ("Materials") provided by Australian Women Council ("We", "Us" or "Our"). By accessing, purchasing or using the Materials, you ("You" or "User") agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All Materials provided by Australian Women Council, including but not limited to documents, audio and video content, graphics, logos and presentations, are the exclusive property of Australian Women Council and are protected by Australian and international copyright laws. The Materials may only be used as expressly authorised by these Terms and Conditions and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, sold, licensed or otherwise exploited for any other purposes without Our prior written consent.

3. Licence to Use

We grant You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Materials solely for your personal knowledge and not for any commercial or teaching purposes. This licence is subject to the following restrictions:

• You shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Materials.

• You shall not access or use the Materials to build a similar or competitive service or product.

• Any use of the Materials not expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions is strictly prohibited.

• You shall not share, distribute or otherwise make the Materials available to any third party for any use.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the Materials:

• For any unlawful purpose.

• To solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.

• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin or disability.

• To submit false or misleading information.

• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.

• To collect or track the personal information of others.

• For any obscene or immoral purpose.

• To facilitate the unauthorised sharing, copying or distribution of the Materials.

5. User Content

In these Terms and Conditions, “Your Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images or other material you choose to display on this Website. By displaying Your Content, you grant Australian Women Council a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Materials immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the Materials will cease immediately.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our Materials are provided "as is" and "as available" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• the Materials will be constantly available, or available at all;

• the information in the Materials is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
